Snowboarding Protection
Snowboarding is a physical sport, it involves speed concentration, commitment and most of all fun. If you are off boarding this season I cannot recommend strongly enough. Not just because I work at boardshop but because I am a snowboarder. A pair of padded snowboarding shorts is a must have item.
Snowboarders spend their lives on their bums, padded snowboard shorts from brands like pro-tec protection and demon protection a great. They keep your bum warm when your clicking into your bindings at the top of the mountain. Plus if you do catch an edge or have a small tumble they can really help to protect your coxic and hips.

30 Years of Westbeach Est 1979
Westbeach snowboarding and Westbeach clothing celebrates it’s 30th birthday this year and they have produced an awesome range of snowboarding apparel. Westbeach has always been linked closely with its Canadian roots and has always supported grass roots and local team riders. The apparel has always needed to be excellent quality and use the most technically advanced materials available so boarders can keep warm on mountains like whistler and the slopes around Vancover.
Westbeach has not always had it easy in a competitive marketplace but they are still here to tell the tale and we are seriously pleased.
In order to commemorate the companies birthday they have put together a dedicated Heritage section to their site with details information and shots of the companies comps in years gone past as well as some of the wicked threads that riders like Kevin young showed below used to wear.
